Privacy and cookie policy

 

General information

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to the website operated under the domain myjniacarchem.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.
  2. The service operator and personal data administrator is Carchem Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Przemysłowa 39 in Tarnów, NIP: 9930675820 REGON: 385726566, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.
  3. The Administrator processes information about the User in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/48/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – OJ UE.L 2016.119.1 – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  4. The Administrator ensures the security of information about Website Users, in particular by appropriately protecting it and protecting it against access by unauthorized persons.
  5. The data subject may exercise the following rights against the Administrator:
    1. the right to request access to and rectification of his/her data,
    2. the right to limit the processing of his/her data in the situations and on the terms specified in Art. 18 GDPR or to delete them in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR (“right to be forgotten”),
    3. the right to transfer data in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR,
    4. the right to withdraw at any time previously granted consent to the processing of his/her personal data, which, however, will not affect the legality of the processing of such person’s data, which was based on this premise and took place before he or she exercised the right to withdraw consent,
    5. the right to object at any time to the processing of her personal data for reasons related to her particular situation, referred to in Art. 21 section 1 GDPR.
  6. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of his or her personal data by the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Methods of data collection

  1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the User who uses the contact form, including name, surname and e-mail address. The Website also records information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  2. During the User’s visit to the Website, data regarding the User’s visit is automatically collected, e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This information is not combined with any other personal information about individual Users.
  3. The Service uses data contained in cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the device of the user visiting the pages of the Service (see below).

Purposes of data collection and processing

  1. The personal data provided by the User in the contact form are used to answer the inquiry.
  2. Information collected automatically is used to administer the Service and security measures, as well as for statistical analysis purposes.
  3. Cookies are used to create statistics and adapt the content of the Service to User preferences and optimize the use of the Service.

Information about cookies

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The operator of the Service is the entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and accessing them.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  9. Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website operator, in particular the following companies: Google Ireland Limited, for Google Maps and reCAPTCHA services.
